The Rational SCCWE201G is a combi oven manufactured by Rational AG, and it's commonly used in commercial kitchens. If you're encountering a "Gas Reset Error" on this oven, it typically indicates an issue with the gas supply or ignition system. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the error:
Check Gas Supply: Ensure that the gas supply to the oven is turned on and that there are no issues with the gas line. Sometimes, a simple disruption in the gas supply can trigger this error.
Inspect Gas Inlet: Make sure the gas inlet valve is open and not obstructed. You may also want to check for any gas leaks around the valve or gas lines. If you detect a gas leak, immediately turn off the gas supply and call a qualified technician to fix it.
Check Ignition: The "Gas Reset Error" can also be related to issues with the ignition system. Check the ignition electrode and ensure it's clean and properly positioned. Over time, these electrodes can become dirty or misaligned, which can affect ignition.
Clear Error Code: If the error code persists after you've checked the gas supply and ignition system, try clearing the error code by turning off the oven's power for a few minutes and then turning it back on. This can sometimes reset the system and clear temporary errors.
Consult the Manual: Refer to the oven's user manual or technical documentation for specific troubleshooting instructions related to the "Gas Reset Error." The manual may have a section dedicated to error codes and their resolutions.
Contact Professional Service: If none of the above steps resolves the issue, it's essential to contact a qualified service technician or Rational AG's customer support for further assistance. Gas-related issues can be hazardous, so it's crucial to have a professional address them.
Never attempt to service gas equipment if you are not trained or qualified to do so, as gas-related issues can be dangerous. Always prioritize safety and consult with a professional technician if you are unsure how to proceed or if the problem persists after basic troubleshooting.
Steam Generator Issue. Call for service, you can't fix these yourself as they are fully computer controlled. Maintaining them is a cost of doing business.
All question need full 'make model (what it is)', in that order and properly capitalized to help you. The current jumble of words and letter is confusing my search query. However, from my 50 year career in catering I can tell you that if this is a Rational Combi Oven they can only be serviced by factory trained technicians.
When my last one was purchased for $48,000 (Plus $16k to run power, drainage and water [in an airport]) I asked the rep how reliable they were? He told me very reliable and only needs a yearly service. It broke down 6 weeks later. Great machine though and the self cleaning feature is just wonderful.

The list of codes is on page 105. Code E34 is simply listed as contact customer service. Which is not really all that helpful in diagnosing the problem. Have you tried to reset the oven? Disconnect the power cord for 2-3 minutes and trying again? If this doesn't work, given the general code, you should call the customer service number in the manual.
Hope this helps.
Use something similar size to the rational pills, place it where you would normally put the pills for cleaning, go to start the cycle, then pop the door before you press start, should trick the rational into unlocking,
