Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

If you can't see a buckle on the outside, you may have a invisible double lock clasp. Look in the inside of the watch, if there is bar, find the center of the bar and place one thumb on either side of the two links in the center of the bar. Press outward, away from the watch the two links will open an expand to reveal a "butterfly" expansion.

Hope this helps.

SOURCE: My Fossil Blue AM-3662 wristwatch requires repair.

You do not need to send your watch to FOSSIL for repairs. Just find your nearest watch repair shop and ask watchmaker to replace the coil. It will save money as well.

Second hand doesnt move. The ''stop watch'' second hand moves instead of the ''main'' second hand. also the stopwatch feature doesn't work. My watch is a Fossil Blue Titanium model TI-5071

Sounds like a job for Fossil!

Go to their web site "www.fossil.com" and at the bottom of their page is a menu which includes "store locator".

Is it worth getting repaired?

Take off the back of the watch. If the weighted wheel on the back is loose, tighten it carefully with a flathead screwdriver. If it's already tight, then you may need to dig deeper to find the problem, possibly located at the spring. I would recommend taking it in to watch repair if this is the case!
