How can i activate the bluetooth on my acer aspire4738

Normally there is a button to activate blue tooth features on your laptop or it may be software related.

If you find the button and its not activating you may need to re-install the driver.

Non responsive nothing loads

Nothing loads.
Any lights, noises, screen activity?
Have you rebooted, tapping the F8 every two seconds as it powers up?
Try this quickie: Power off, remove power cord, remove battery, hold down power on button for 30 seconds, replace power cord (not battery), power on. Any effect?

Power surge on usb hub port in compaq nc 6120

Yeah--I've seen that before and perhaps you can check it out by unplugging all USB devices and restarting the computer. If you still get that message, go into your control panel and under device manager remove all the USB devices. Restart the computer and let it find the devices again. If the problem persists, you have a motherboard issue. Might be OK, but if you can isolate the particular hub that is giving you the problem, avoid using it.

Video goes to black

my suggestion would be to take the video card out and clean the heatsink off really good, then go to your local pc shop and get some thermal paste (shouldnt cost anymore than $4) take the heatsink off the video card and apply a liberal amount to the gpu spread it thin and evenly, once your done your video card should run alot colder than it did when new as the thermal paste they use deteriorates fairly quicky

Or if you are confident of repairing this yourself, you can get parts direct from the website:
