If this is an OEM HP motherboard, you most likely won't find support on the Asus website since they don't support OEM motherboards. Asus only supports retail motherboards. You need to determine which HP/Compaq pc system this motherboard came installed in, then check the OEM vendors website to see if XP drivers are available. You won't find them on the normal system driver page since it was only shipped from HP/Compaq with Windows Vista installed. One such pc system that used this motherboard is the Presario SR5019UK. I'm sure there were other pc models that used it as well.

A good place to start is the HP talk forums.

Motherboard cd

Hi. Most motherboard CD's are lost, and this is nothing to fret about. You can find most of the drivers and downloads, and even the manual at the M2N68 page at ASUS' support.

I need m2n68-am bios bin file

Hello download here at asus:

http://www.asus.com/support/Search-Result/?keyword=m2n68-am

Select download and your windows system.

Open the bios file folder.

Click on global for download.

Unzip the file.

Make also sure it`s the right mainboard, because flashing the bios with a wrong one, WILL destroy the mainboard.

Use the asus update utility, to upgrade the bios, while windows is running, for a safe upgrade.

Good luck

There has been a lot of confusion going on around the net. However I find the driver which should work just fine with your model. However the driver is from HP/COMPAQ and the model is M2N68-LA (Ivy8)

You can download the drivers from this link
