I am getting white horizontal lines

I am getting white horizontal lines through my color photos when I print them.
Is there an adjustment that I need to make in order to eliminate these lines for a clear sharp color photograph?

- Thank you for the opportunity to get a solution to my problemwith my mx700 printer. I finally figured out the problem and corrected it.

-   How do you fix the white line problem? I have it on my blue colors. I can't seem to get rid of it just by running head cleaning or dip cleaning.
