Genius G-Shot P533 Digital Camera (Error 3)

Genius G-Shot P533 Digital Camera
was dropped while exposing.
Lens motor was stucked there.

Display shows Error 3.

I also dont have its user manual with me.
I any one has its manual (electronic file), plz send.

Can any one give me an expert opinion.
