When I am speaking to someone on Viber it is interrupted with an 'incoming call' but I am not receiving a call!

I think it is the problem related to your mobile phone settings, you need to update conference settings and hold settings.

Audio problem. When I make/receive calls, other person cannot hear my voice.

This problem I've had myself But it will only solve the problem if your cell uses a sim card. When the sim cards go bad thats whats happens your hear them but they can't hear you or vice-versa.

People can't hear me

Is there something covering or plugging up the mic opening on the phone? If not, then the phone is defective.

During calls, the person I am talking to cannot hear me but I can hear them. What's going on?

if its happen everytime when you call anyone or receive any call then its fault of microphone of phone which you have. you have to repair it then. but if its happen rare then it must be a nework problem.
