The micriphone on my Logitech s7500 does not work with voice call

I have a S7500 webmac. Because the video call is poor I want to just be able to make a voice call. However the microphone does not work , the other party is not able to hear me. I have tested every way possible ie using the windows live tool option and using the control panel. It works during the setup test but when I make a call the other party still cannot hear me

Check the format that you are using for your voice and your videos to make sure they are are the same. You can also check the quality of it to make sure it is not slowing down the voice more than the video.
