Searay 270 SLX wont turn over

I have a 2006 SLX270 that has been sitting for a little over a month. I was getting ready to put it in the water and was charging the batteries. After about an hour each on the batteries and while out of the water I tested the starter. I turned over but a little slow so I swiched the leads to the other battery and now it will not engage the started. I do not hear the starter spinning but I hear some faint relays and maybe some sort of pump. the battery selector switch is in both position. The RPM guage shows ''battery ok'' and them shows I think ''start fail'' ''check engine'' and ''lost engine comm''. Any ideas?

Batteries appear good and there is no draw down when trying to start. lights and horn stay constistent from static to start position on the switch.

Were the batteries stored outside in winter ? if so check to see if there is any bulging on the sides... they may have froze which will require replacement .... either way do you have a method to check the voltage under load (starting) as that will show you the try condition of the batteries

I have a 1983 gr650 tempter. The engines runs great sitting still. Hits rpms and sounds good. My problem is when I put it into gear, it spits and sputters and wont hit rpms. I'm lost.

Obviously something is wrong. Start simple check all routine maintenance items, empty the gas & save a sample from the bottom of the tank. Why? Ethanol/gas loves to absorb water from the air in as little as 1 month. Additives allow the water to mix with the fuel, it does not prevent it and it needs agitation to mix. So if your bike sits in a garage for 6 months waiting for good weather, you can expect to be running watered down fuel. It will sound like those lawn mowers that sputter and spit in the spring after sitting all winter. If you find water, even 1 drop, clean everything out: tank, fuel lines, fuel pump(if applicable), carb, and carb bowl if applicable. If all is well, do a compression test.

I have a 2003 pt cruiser. It was sitting for 8 months. I change d the water pump and put a new battery. but it wont turn over.

the gas has turned bad shudda put a stabilizer in it-always drain tank and fuel system when storing--the throttl area may hav effected and a pro cleaning mite hav to be done--ethanol gas makes it worse-try to use pure gasoline-is more xpensiv but worthit

1994 corvette bad Gas ?????

Try a little starting fluid in the intake (not too much, just enough to test). If it takes off for a second or so, may be water in gas. Ten months old? It should be alright, unless it's loaded with water.

My Keurig B60 will not brew. The "ready to brew"

Having same problem with B60 turns off after 1 minute and little circle won't go away. After unit was stored for 5 months, So this is what I did. 1. I took it over to the sink and turned it upside down and shook it. 2. I dried out the whole where the water sucks up and blew through there with a straw. 3. then I sucked water out the rubber tube up top for the over flow. Then I put vinegar in the intake whole and put vinegar in the tank and let it sit overnight. When I got up in the morning i turned it on and after 1 min it shut off again so I restarted it and after a couple minuets it started to heat and my display came back and circle disappeared. Problem solved. Not sure which one worked but it is now working fine and I am now descaling it.

Sorry to read about your issue.

The brewer should be de-scaled at least every 3-6 months. Scale is harmless, but if left unattended, it can hinder optimal brewer performance. De-scaling your brewer regularly helps maintain the heating element, removable water reservoir and other parts of the brewer that come in contact with water. Better water quality and water heating means a better cup of coffee, tea, hot cocoa or iced beverage. We recommend de-scaling your brewer at least every 6 months (every 3 months if your water has a high mineral content). The de-scaling process involves using 48 ounces of undiluted white vinegar.

Take 48 oz of white vinegar. place in tank. pretend you are making coffee (Do No Use K Cup). let the water fill you mug. then empty that mug. Do it again until tank is empty. then let sit for 4 hours.
Then fill with fresh water to the top. let that tank of water run thru. towards the end taste the water.
If you taste vinegar..use more clean water, until the taste is ok.

I tried to help you. Please help me and Vote/Rate this response. Thanks and good luck

Due to multible ankle surgerys my 99 dodge durango sat for the last 8 months I started it in december of 08 started right up while it was running it just stopped dead no shaking or motor coughing just...

My approach would be to check the fuel pressure coming to the fuel rail. It's possible the fuel line itself could get clogged. I know gasoline can turn into a varnish and clog up injectors, etc. Good luck.
