Does anyone know how to contact Peter Dille at SCEA(Playstation)?

Customer support at Playstation won't let me through to his voicemail. Does anyone know how I can get a hold of him? My ps3 stopped reading BluRays and no one seems to be able to help:( Thanks!

Here's the link you're going to care about.

I, personally, cannot.

However, local law enforcement (the cops/po-po/police) in conjunction with SCEA (Sony Computer Entertainment America) MIGHT be able to, assuming you used the Playstation Network at some point.

There's a lot more to it but basically you contact the police, they contact SCEA, both go through all the proper channels and then wait for your PS3 to hop on the network. Once it is they'll have an IP address to work with.

So yeah, it's kind of a long shot. But it's worth trying since potentially getting your PS3 back is better than guaranteed not getting your PS3 back.

PSP portable...Dead!


Hi Serious215, If you still have the receipt, I would suggest contacting Sony support and Returning it for repair. The last one I did was bought in October 2005 and they covered it, and sent me a Refurbished replacemnt within 10 days. My analog stick got jammed and it came of while i was tryin to un-jam it what should i do


You can send it back to Sony for repair, or do it yourself, or send it to the Playstation Clinic. The complete joystick can be purchased on Ebay for less than $15 deleivered, and you wcan replce it yourself. Although, you will void warranty. If you have receipt for the PSP, than you may want to send it to Sony support.
