Question about Cuisinart DCC-2000

Glad to see I am not the only one with this problem. Their customer service closes at 11:00pm EST so I will have to call them tomorrow. Hopefully I will be getting a new one. If not I won't be buying another Cuisinart.

They have a three-year warranty.
I would highly reccomend several of their other coffeemakers.

All you can really do is:
1. Unplug the mahcine for one hour
2. Clean it out with vinegar/water

If that doesn't resolve issue, it's better to just get an in-warranty replacement.

I have a taleo touch, it worked perfectly for the first 40 brews but now as soon asw i turn it on it starts brewing a double long coffee without me pushing anything!! once it is finished, it doesnt allow...


This sounds like a new unit. Phillips suggests returning it to local store for replacement.

Your heating unit may be going bad. You could contact Keurig and see what they will do for you. I found them to be very helpful when I had a problem with mine. The replaced the entire unit for me and had me discard my old one.

I have similar problems to a number of others here do- the water does not always heat up, it stops dispensing the water, it makes a loud vibrating noise, the water sprays out in all directions and it is...


They replaced my entire unit when my heater stopped working and the unit would auto power off after trying to heat up the next batch of water. I would contact Keurig and see what they will do for you.
