You need to insert the CD/DVD that came with your computer and boot from that.

SOURCE: Just bought a new 120G HD for my Dell Latitude

While the "memory loss" won't cause a major problem, you will be annoyed by the repeated message. A couple of things may be causing this. One, Windows changed the virtual memory size. This is an area on your hard drive that the computer uses to store stuff when the on board ram isn't large enough to handel it. the other thing that may be happening is you have a memory module going bad. You must remember that the hard drive size has nothing to do with the memory size. That is, your ram memory is what handles most of the processing of information. Your hard drive is just a storage place. Like a file cabinet in your office.

How do you fill up your pokedex with a cheat code on pokemon pearl

actually, there are cheat codes. you just have to get a cheap add on called a AR (action replay) card. it costs about 20$ and you can get it at gamestop. once yoou have it, it should have most of the cheat codes and games already on the card. But if it doesnt have the specific cheat code on the ar card then use this

go to the rest of the cheats
press add code
name the code
press ok
then punch in this code- 94000130 fcfb0000

I cant boot up my computer(memory address line failure)

This is clearly a problem with the memory. You can try two things:

1) Remove and reseat the memory sticks (with the unit unplugged)
2) Swap the boards around. Windows is not very tolerant of errors in the lower portion of memory. Swapping around the boards will change the relationship of physical memory addresses to virtual addresses. At the very least, the memory swap may help to determine which memory stick is defective.

Please keep us posted.

Bootup error

You have a dodgy memory module in the laptop.
By the sounds of it, and the fact you can get into Windows then you will probably have 2 memory modules installed and it is probably in the second one there is an error.

If there are 2 modules in there, remove the second one and try that, then if it still fails put that one back in and remove the first.

If there is only one module in the laptop, then move it from the slot it is in to the other slot. Besure to push it in properly. There is a notch on the memory modules so they will only go in one way.

Hope that helps =)
