Question about Kyocera Mita FS-1030D Laser Printer
My fs-1030D keeps jamming sometimes only in the front, where the paper leaves the paper tray, other times it may print a few sheets then jam with one in the front and another in the back coming out of the done side but blank, any ideas what may be wrong? I have looked for loose paper scraps and wiped down what I can reach. thanks Mike Henrie
Find some hard paper like trancparency plastic paper or some hard type paper leke certeficate printing paper and by opening the tray out and push the paper till u see it out around the touner cartirage place after doing so replace the tray and the toner cartirage hop the printer do not paper!!!

if paper is stuck in the back... then you have to take the machine apart... its messy but its just how it is... as for two sided printing... I would call kyocera support... they could best advize you on that... and they are quite friendly...

SOURCE: Doesn't Print - Says "Paper Jam"
That is the problem, machine will show printer jam if paper feed rollers fail to pick up paper when requested, your machine sounds like it needs new paper feed roller or you can clean the paper feed roller with a slightly! damp cloth.
If no jam light shows when power is turn on and machine comes to ready and then you send a job to printer and it then shows jam then it is the feed roller or sometimes the feed clutch
If on the other hand it always show jam then there is or a switch is stuck.
