Re: 3.1 DishnetWork remote problem
I suspect that the remote address got changed somehow. Pree and hold the sat button on the top left hand side of the remote until all buttons light up across the top and release. Now key in 0-1 on the numeric keypad and press the pound sign. The SAT button will flash three times. After it the SAT button is done flashing press the small red dot record button. Now try to operate the remote. You should be able to control the system now. Thanks for using Fix Ya.

Hi there, Cheri Torres with DISH Network Customer Service here. I came across your post and wanted to help. I will list here for you the best codes for a 5.4 IR remote to try with a Go Video DVD/VCR combo. I hope this information is useful and if you have any other questions please let me know.
5.4 IR remote - 1693, 1822, 1569, 1692.
Instructions for addressing the remote to the DVD/VCR combo 1. Press and hold down the AUX button until all the mode buttons light up red. 2. Enter the four digit code. 3. Press the pound(#) button once. 4. Try the functionality of the device.
I'msorry I did also attempt to locate a Prima remote code within DISH Network's database aswell but unfortunately I was unsuccessful and have found no remote codesfor the TV you have. However, we can still attempt to program the DISH Networkremote to the Prima television without a remote code, this would be done bycompleting a Power scan. If you decide you would like to program the DISHNetwork remote to your TV using the power scan, I have included instructionsbelow to further assist you.
Withthe desired equipment on, press and hold the correct Mode button (In this casethe mode button will be "TV") until all the other mode button back lightsilluminate, then release.
1.Pressand release the Power button.
2.Pressthe Up button once a second while pointing the remote at the desired equipment.
Note: If the code for the equipment comes up, theequipment will power off.
3.Pressthe POUND (#) button. If the codeentered is valid for the remote, the mode light flashes three times.
After successfully completing the power scan to program the DISHNetwork remote to your T.V the remote should now control your TV. I hopethis helped! Please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions orneed additional help. -Kirstie DISHNetwork
On your dish remote, press and hold the tv button until all 4 buttons light up, then release. push either of the power buttons once. Now start pushing the down channel button, It's the one right below select, continue pushing it until tv turns off. When tv goes off push down button one more time then push up button, when tv turns back on stop and press # key, tv light will flash 3 times and should be set. Note....if u press down button and tv does not turn off after going through all codes( tv light will start flashing) press cancel and try again only channel up this time. hope this helps.
