How to reset your computer

You can reset computer password with Windows Password Recovery Enterprise
Step 1: Install and run the program.
You should take this step with an accessible computer and then quickly and correctly launch the program.
Step2: Burn a password recovery disk with CD/DVD/USB.
After launching the program, you will get an interface as below. Next insert an empty CD/DVD/USB flash drive to the accessible computer. Then you just follow the wizard on the interface to burn the password recovery disk step by step.
Step3: Reset computer password with the burned disk.
Now take out the burned disk from that PC, and insert it to the target computer. Next boot that PC and set it to boot from CD-ROM or USB in BIOS. When the BIOS settings finishes, the PC will restart automatically. Soon you will see the below interface. Next, you just need to follow the wizard displayed and do 3 mouse clicks to complete changing computer password.

It CANT READ ANY BURNED or EMPTY CD-R :(( HELP

Your cd drive has either failed or it's just to dirty to read the disks. You could try compressed air, or a cd lens cleaning disk, available at most electronic stores.

Have an acer 5315 it quit on me wont do anything when I try restoring using my default dvds that I made it will only read the first one. when i stick the second one in it kicks it back out like it is empty...

Yes, get another "Copy" a single DVD of a Windows Install disk. Burn it slowly, say a 2x Then run it through, make sure you fully reformat to NTFS again.. NOT quick... Then if all is good it should install your operating system. If it still gives you grief, then I think your hard Drive is faulty. you will need to replace and then install an OS.

I had to download all kinds of drivers to get my computer to do basics like viewing movies hearing music and finally burn music now i learned i can only save data(lots of songs at one time) or make a cd on...

cd-r80 are for music. Your best option is to buy a program like nero. I assume you are just dragging and dropping files to burn them right now. dvd's are more meant for backing up data or making movies because they hold a lot more data then a cd. Are you able to burn disc's at all? Just like all things involved with computers it can get complicated real quick.I hope this helps a little and if you have more questions let me know
Thanks,
Lee

I have an Acer Aspire 5100 laptop with a Matshita cd/dvd r/rw combo (uj-850s), and it performs all funtions except read a virgin dvd. And I also cant seem to find firmware update for it anywhere on earth....

What operating system are you using? Xp? Vista? Which version of XP/Vista? Home, Pro, etc.?

Blank disks cannot be read for the simple reason that there is nothing on them to read.

If you wish to burn a disk, you need burning software, such as Nero which is a professional burning system, but also a free program such as AmoK / Ultimate CD/DVD Burner / or Sun CD/DVD burner (make sure to uncheck the ads box during install to prevent ad displays)

The above have different capabilities, but what you need is a piece of burning software in order to write to a blank disk, so depending on what you need to burn, you may choose from above, seek out other software, or purchase a burning system such as Nero.
