My watch has 4 buttons (2 on the left, 2 on the right) plus the "Indiglo" button. Use the "Mode" button (lower left) to move between the time and the stopwatch. When seeing the stopwatch, hold the "Mode" button. This will get you to the alarm setting mode. Press the "Mode" button again to switch to the time setting mode. Use the "Start/Stop" button (upper right) to move from seconds > minutes > hour > date > day of week. Use the "Spl/Reset" button (lower right) to change the numbers .
When looking at the face, you have 4 pushers. Top left is for regatta function countdown. Top right is regatta function start-stop-reset. Bottom left is Hours-Minutes and Nite Lite. Bottom right is regatta function "catch up". Assuming that you want to set Hours and Minutes, press and hold the bottom left for 3 seconds...Hours will start blinking, press the pusher successively until the desired hour is reached. Then wait until it stops blinking. To set minutes, press and hold for 3 seconds, the hours will again begin to blink, then release and re-press for an additional 3 seconds and the minutes will blink, Then press successively until desired minutes have been reached. Stop pressing and wait until the blinking has stopped. Once it has stopped blinking your time has been successfully registered. Good Luck. Hope this helps!
If you don't have the instructions, the buttons are labeled as follows:
Top Left is "Light" - Button A Bottom Left is "Mode" - Button B Top Right is "Start" - Button C Bottom Right is "Reset" - Button D
With the time displayed, press the reset ("D button as listed in the instructions) and the alarm time should be displayed. While holding the "D"/reset button down, press the start or "C" button to toggle the alarm on or off.
Hold down the button at the top left (the light) for about 4 seconds. The second part of the time will start blinking. I tried this before, I'm sure, but I must not have noticed the blinking and thought nothing was happening.
Once the seconds numbers are blinking, push the top right button (Start/Stop) to move to the hour or minute. Push the bottom right button (Lap/Reset) to change the time. When you're done, push the top left button (Light) again.
In "Time Mode" when time is displayed, hold the "mode" button until the alarm flashes. Press the "mode" button again and the display should change to the seconds flashing. Press the st/stop button to change location between seconds, minutes, hours, date, month, and day. Use the lap/reset button to make any changes.
