The most likely fault is a loose connection between the headphone jack and the sound card connector. they do wear out with the in and out of the jack plug for the headphones.
Hi there bud , 1st thing try get another amp control box, Thats the easier Way :) Thats what i would do ... No need too buy a hole new Speaker system... Hope you find one bud Happy new year
I'd say it's a better idea not to try it. Notify Creative's technical support and hopefully they'll be able to do something under your warranty. Either way, as far as I know, it's waterproof, I mean, I've fully submerged mine multiple times and it's still perfectly fine.
