That is the most common cause, but bunions can also develop as a result of an inherited structural defect or stress on your foot or a medical condition, for example arthritis.

When I wear the shoe It hurt my toes I know the shoe fits

If it fits and hurts your toes, there is a problem here. Hurting toes says that the shoe does not fit. Is it too shallow for your foot? If so, the shoe can be stretched depending on what the upper is. If you put your foot on the top of the shoe, does any of your foot hang over the edge? If so, this does not fit.

My shoe is tight and my feet start paining. how to get it loosen it.

depending on the type of shoe, this may not work, but with most shoes, you can take and stuff them with balled up newspaper stretching the shoe, really force it in there and leave it for at least 24 hours. If it won't hurt the material of the shoe, lightly dampen it first.

Do shoe inserts help with bunions?

Padded shoe inserts can help distribute pressure evenly when you move your feet, reducing your symptoms and preventing your bunion from getting worse. Over-the-counter arch supports can provide relief for some people, though others may require prescription orthotic devices.

I'm fairly 7 in shoes and boot. I should get 6.5 for a Rider Spur Inside Zip

You need to try on Frye boots in person. The size can vary by style with this brand. Also, you need to make sure that you try it on with the type of socks that you plan to wear it with. I recommend wearing thick socks - if you later choose to wear the boots with tights, you can always where sock over the tights.

This style has a narrow ankle, so if you must order without trying on, I recommend a size 7. The boot will stretch with use, but that's no help if you can't get it on!

I'm working long shifs, around ten hours shift..i am having serious back pains and I really think that it has something to do with my current work shoes. I was advised by some friends to try the Dansko...

My new Dansko clogs were bought primarily for work, but I have to stop myself from wearing them all the time. Do buy them on the big side( I usually wear a 10 to 10 1/2, I bought a 44 which translates to 10 1/2 to 11),the shoe was a bit tight over the tops of my feet but after a brief break in period they fit like a glove. Working 12 hour shifts I now arrive home with feet feeling refreshed, also my back hurts much less at the end of the day!

Help choosing the right bike shoes. The proper bike shoes can make a big difference in my performances..Please help me choose a good bike shoe!

Alright , no problems my friend. I'll explain the basics of cycling shoes, the dynamics of what makes them great and why you might need a pair.Number of things to look for when buying a biking shoe: 1.A Stiff Sole - The best cycling shoes have a thin, stiff, carbon fiber sole.?The stiffer the sole, the less energy you'll lose between your foot and the pedal. 2.A Good Fit-?You should buy your shoes about a half-size smaller than your normal size to ensure a proper, snug fit. 3.Breathable Materials - ?When your feet start to sweat, it's best to be wearing a shoe that is made with a moisture-wicking material. 4. Easy On, Easy Off?With Velcro and hook and loop strap closures it's very fast and easy to adjust the tightness of a shoe, a necessity when on a long ride with varied terrain.

Are there any general fitting tips I should know of?

Feet tend to expand over the course of a day so it's better to try on shoes in the late afternoon and evening. A tight fitting shoe in the morning can become uncomfortable as the day wears on. Especially if your job or daily activity involves alot of walking or standing. You should also make sure your big toe has around half an inch or a thumb width of space. Otherwise your toes will rub against the material and this will create discomfort and blisters. Just make sure you can extend your toes and wiggle them when trying your shoes on.Also Make sure your wearing your usual pair of socks and not thick hiking socks.
