It could be the graphics card, if it has it's own dedicated fan. If you are confident you can replace these if you know. BUT before you get to replacing the fan or card make sure that you clean these parts AND check the wiring connection properly and carefully. Do not use a hoover to clean out the parts (a lot of people do) use a can of compressed air to remove built up dust. After you have cleaned these parts and secured wiring and it still does not work then replace the fan or part not work. it wont be the power pack
