you maybe have the site blocked from your PC. If you are not an adult, your parents may have blocked you from visiting the site and they can help ya. If you are an adult, simply google unblocking sites with (windows operating system version)

How to delete browser, i dont want this adult, they keep on popping out everytime i surf the net, i have no intentions of seeing that website

Dear! You have no need to delete the browser, go to internet browser option using its tab go on security and there you can (add websites in block or allowed portion) block unwanted sites or allow your desired sites.

Your problem will be solved and you can use internet easily.
