Hello, newa...
In order to delete a message, you select it and press the menu key (second key on the left side, between the first one and the Send key).
You choose the function "delete" message and press OK (the central key).
Does it solve it?

Have a check on how many text messages *sent and recieved*, photo's and music files you have.. If you have lots of any of those things try deleting a few to see if it makes any difference..

Keeps saying "Memory full" even though all my messages are deleted

Go to settings, applications, manage applications, click on an app in the list, click on Force Stop, click on Clear Data, you will receive a warning, proceed anyway. Repeat these steps for each app, then reboot the phone. Worked for me.

Texting problem

Hello Giggles,

It could be possible that your memory is full.

Try deleting some old messages and even cleaning out your sent items.

If you need instructions on how to do this, give me a shout.

I have a Motorola V3c

Text messages are not the only thing that uses up memory in the V3C. Have you added any of the following to your V3C?

1. Pictures
2. Videos
3. Ring tones

The first 2 items can eat up a lot of memory. Try deleting some of these to free up memory space.

Good Luck,

- Jim
