If it is Nokia Mobile Phone try default security code like 0000 or 1234 or 12345.
If it does not work try to reset your mobile by using Master Reset Code.You can get this code at free of cost from the site Unlock-free.com here they are providing this code for some old model Alcatel and Nokia DCT phones.

The IMEI number you have provided is not correct ,From the below link u can
collect the security code by providing your IMEI number,to get the IMEI number umust
just*#06# or at back side of the mobile u will have serial number is as same as IMEI
if these all not supported then kindly inform it to your serviceprovider,they will make a reset to your security code from their backendprocess,since they keep all the codes in a secure manner.
Kindly check it and provide the status
