Hi Anglee

You will need to use a helicoil to replace the stripped out threads.
You can get them at most auto parts houses.
I will send you to youtube to see a video on how to use a heilcoil to repair your stripped out spark plug hole.

Spark plug tube striped spark plug jumped out of tube

The issue seems to be related to the spark plug threads. The spark plug is either not tightened down or the threads are stripped, and during the compression stroke when pressure is applied inside the combustion chamber, the pressure leaks thru the spark plug threads and blows off the spark plug boot. If the spark plug is not tightened and the threads are ok, then tightening the plug will resolve this issue. If the spark plug threads are damaged, then the threads will need to be repaired, and will require the cylinder head to be removed to repair the stripped threads. Taking the cylinder head off requires the engine's top end to be ripped apart and re-assembled....big job.

Stihl BG 75 blower doesn't seem to have any spark

These units are very promt to gas fouling of spark plugs, try replacing plug. If you still have no spark then possibly the flywheel has a metal strip in it that is prone to rusting, especially if unit does not get used alot, can be cleaned up with 180 or 22 grit sandpaper. If this strip is rusted then coil cannot communicate & therefore you get no spark. Lastly if all above check out good then most likely you have a bad coil. If coil is to be replaced make sure to gap the coil away from flywheel by placing a peice of paper folded over between coil & metal strip-(magnet) coil will pull itself to strip, tighten bolts & remove paper, gap is set.

Spark plug pop out when warmng up and wat tighten

Either it is the wrong spark plug or you have stripped threads.

If the treads are stripped, you can buy a kit to fix it or re-tap the hole. Worst case scenario, you need a new head.
