Can't get clerk button to work after ram clear and initialize

The only code I can get the Casio CE 4115 to accept after a ram clear is 1215, but then my clerk button won't work.
Also forgot codes for programming departments and codes to add functions to keyboard.

I know of several models that have the same Macking Code or similar.

If anyone has heard of the C E - 4530 or the T K - 1200 and has the codes for them, they may work.

I will try the suggestions given, and let you know if any of them worked.

    Thanks

Hi.
This is a rare model, so I don't have MAC codes for it. Do you have the initialising table? Is that how you created the code?
In the CE-4000, the second to last digit is Clerk control, so try 1205 or 1225 or 1245

I can't sign in under my clerk ID!

Have you tried every other id? If so, you could try a flag clear (see the manual for procedure) which usually loads a clerk in order to allow programming while in program mode. Then you can edit clerk file again. Good luck

How to clear the register when getting the error message. Clerk not signed in

Press the clear (CL) button to clear the error. Type in your logon code (PIN number) and press the clerk (CLK) button. If you have forgotten your PIN number, you can program a new one. One of the users has a manual here:

Why is it stuck in register mode closed?

It sounds like a Samsung register. You are correct. It is asking for a sign on code. You need to enter your secret PIN number and the clerk button to log on. If you have lost your access codes, you can program new ones. One of the users has a site might help with manuals:

I have an error on the cash amount tendered button. It automatically takes 71 cents of the amount when i press the button.

You have programmed the Cash key in P1 mode to 71 cents. To reverse this turn key to program enter a clerk if needed and put 00000000 hit Cash key then Subtotal turn key back reg.
