Bathtub with shower above my bathroom is leaking water by drips through my ceiling into my bathroom in floor exactly under it. Woman told me a plumber used a snake to get a ball of hair out of pipe

You'll have to cut out a section of the ceiling around the leak (suggest 1' x 1') and see what's damaged in the drain piping. Look for a crack in the pipe or trap, then saw out the broken section and replace. Replace the drywall, tape and repair, then paint the ceiling.

I had this problem in a newer house that turned out to be a loose drain fitting -- just not tightened up fully when originally installed.

How do i fix old, cracked, weter damaged walls and ceilings

You will need to figure out if moisture is from some type of plumbing leak or a leak from the exterior of the house.(roof, window, etc.). You need to fix the moisture problem first. It could lead to mold issues that could make you sick. Not to mention it will only ruin the new patch work. If the damage is only a couple of small spots in each room. You can then cut the damaged areas out and put new drywall patches in. Home Depot sells drywall in 2ftx2ft sections. Measure the damaged section. Example. damage is 2inx2in.Cut the new drywall 3inx3in. Take the 3x3 patch trace around it on top of damaged area. Take a razor knife cut around line and break out the damage area. You may have to screw wood around the inside hole. To be able to screw new patch in place. Then take mesh drywall tape around seams and then mud. Any hardware person should be able to help. If you are not comfortable doing this please call a handyman service or local contractor. Hope this helps .

I want to install a ceiling fan in my mobile home but are not quiet sure how to go about doing this as there is no electic box on the ceiling

First thing is you are going to have to get a ceiling fan mounting box and have it installed in the ceiling...these are specially built to support the weight of most ceiling fans. then you are going to need to wire it either to a switch on the wall or run it back to the electrical panel. Depending on where you live, you may need to contact your building department to see what the electrical code for mobile homes is and if you can even do the work. You may find that you need to be licensed for this type of work.
