Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Printer was working fine, until it all of the sudden when we went to use it, the printer shakes and makes noises like it's trying to do something, but it's not right. It won't do anything else except having the error code come up on the screen.
This error code indicates a jam, try a power cycle:
Power off the All-In-One (AIO) and remove the power supply from the back of the unit. Wait 30 seconds. Then reinsert the power supply and power the AIO on.
