Question about Candy Washing Machines
Plug off the mains from the wall first. You might find a closed hose at your front below, near the filter - this is to drain off excess water prior to cleaning your pump/filter. All this could take the pressure off the blocked; no go? Pull the washer forward a foot or so to tilt it backwards, then try the cap anti-clock. See that you clean filter, according to usage. While at it check the pump blades - it comes beyond the filter, shd turn freely.
