Question about Insignia IS-LCDTV32 32 in. Television
Make sure the TV tuning mode is set for "cable". This will be somewhere
in the TV's setup menus; check your manual for all the details. If it's
set for "air" as I suspect it is, only the first 13 channels will be
found when connected to cable. Channels 14 and up don't get tuned in on
"air". Once you've set the TV for cable, rescan channels and you should
have 'em all.
