Computer does not turn on. (Power Supply does not turn on)
Computer seems to turn on, but get No Signal on monitor, or Sleep Mode on monitor, or Power Saver Mode on monitor.
LED lights light up, and fans spin.

The motherboard box may help. Or you may need to open up your case and see what model your motherboard is. Do a search for the model and see where it takes you. The motherboard site will usually carry drivers for what you need.
If you do find the appropriate software, I suggest copying the files to cd, or dvd and putting the disc in a safe place just in case you do format again.

Is Your product Branded or Non-Branded? However if it is Branded than you can find all the Drivers and Softwares on the official site of it Brand. For an example if you Brand of Intel you will go www.intel.com and will chose Support & Downloads and will ask you to input the data regarding your brand model there you will type in like for example GF 8800 and there it will give you all drivers available free of coast.
