Question about Televison & Video
There is a drive belt under the tray that is probably bad. try removing the top cover and gently help the tray out after pressing the eject.

my SLV-D370P ate one of my DVDs. It worked fine for a couple of months, then just refused to play one of the DVDs.
Tthe DVD itself is good; it played fine in another player and a computer DVD drive.
Since the DVD would not play (it seemed to be stuck in "Loading"), I tried ejecting it. The drive did not open no matter what I tried.
I had that happen once before but cutting the power to the unit and having it unplugged for a couple of days seemed to reset something, and it then ejected the DVD. Not this time...
This combo player is basically brand new, only used a couple of times. I'm not really comfortable popping the hood on it. Is there another solution (besides the dumpster!) I can try to free up that stuck DVD?
Thank you kindly.
