Check the light of your router whether every light is on or not. Also check for the Internet and WAN light.
Ping your network IP address i.e 192.168.1.1, by opening "command prompt" and writing the command"
ping 192.168.1.1 and if you get response like
Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes 32 time<1ms TTL=128
that means your network is OK, and now you access the webpage http://192.168.1.1.
