The first thing i'll say is you will need to get it repaired by a technician and i strongly recommend you not to do it by urself.
Remote control units have diagnostic program in the
control, after 3 to 5 minutes of operating if the diagnostic
tools detect abnormal operation, then its shutdown the unit
to protect from damage. Thermistor sensor is one of the
parts that detect the operation of the unit. Out of range
or defective thermistor can shut the operation of the unit.
- If your indoor and outdoor is clean start the unit in cool mode and monitor the outdoor pipes. If your suction pipe is icing or dry then your unit is under charge, but if your suction is cold and sweating then the system is ok and sure that the thermistor sensor is defective.
- Out of range thermistor sensor in both return air and freeze up sensor can cause the tripping “off “ the unit.

I got the same problem in Samsung aircon. The unit I purchsed died slowly. After that Samsung replaced it with the one have the same problem. They are swearing that the green light blinking problem as a normal function and refusing to fix. Their user manual says it is a problem. I think the affected consumers should join hands to take legal action against this scam.

Indoor Pipe Sensor or Outdoor Sensor Assy fault, Open or Short. Disconnect from PCB and measure resistance. Air sensor = 10 kOhm at 25C, Pipe sensor = 5
kOhm at 25C. If not replace sensor

F-6=High discharge temp/overheating compressor.
Due to condenser block (Clean it),/less RPM of fan motor (Replace capacitor)/Noncondensable gas( Remove gas flush out system, vacuum and do gas charging..

SOURCE: the led panel on the
C6 - compressor run current high
- check [resistance of] compressor windings all equal 1 to 4 ohms
- check [resistance] to earth 50 Mohm minimum
- check run current
I'd also check the motor capacitor(s) , In maximum, it is due to weak capacitor. Replace and try.
