Question about Microwave Ovens
Were it the service manual for this 1988 Quasar Superwave/convection broiler oven model MQ879 made in USA with parts made in Japan.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I had a similar problem--no manual--but found this way to set the clock:
1) Be sure colon is flashing (unplug and replug)
2) Press the 10 HOUR/MIN, 1 MIN, 10 SEC/MIN, and 1 SEC/MIN buttons until the correct time displays.
3) Press the CLOCK button.
Hope this helps.

You probably already know, but the wattage is 800. There should be a sticker or plate on the back or underneath the unit with some specs. You can also try calling Sanyo Fisher service for more info at 800-421-5013

Also check http://kitchen.manualsonline.com for a manual. I really hope they can help you.
