If you don't have the service added onto your plan some companies block your access to stop you from racking up huge charges. If you do have the service but its just not making the connection take your phone into your service provider and ask for a software update. That will either patch to a newer version of the operating system or reload the current one. If it still does not work insist they put in a network trouble ticket and stay on top if it.

my first solution is using other web browser like opera mini 4.2 that is fully compatible with your phone and also has the ability of saving pages and downloading high-size files.
but if you insist on using bolt, so download bolt lite touch from getjar site freely.
but remember to select your phone in the website first.(top of the website)
