You hold down the button untl the blue light stays on steady and then make your phone search for available bluetooths in range, and then when it asks for a code enter four zeros "0000"

Ipad forgotten password

From the apple support site:

iOS: Forgotten passcode or device disabled after entering wrong passcode When you set up a passcode to secure the use of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and then enter the wrong passcode, you may see a a message saying your device is "disabled". Learn what to do if you have forgotten or can't remember your passcode, or if your device displays a message saying it is disabled. If you enter the wrong passcode six or more times, you'll see a message that says one of the following:
  • iPhone is disabled
  • iPad is disabled
  • iPod touch is disabled

  1. Connect the device to the computer with which you normally sync and open iTunes.
Note: If iTunes asks you to enter the passcode, try another computer that you have synced with. Otherwise, go to "If you have never synced your device with iTunes, or you do not have access to a computer" section below.
  2. If the device is still disabled, or if iTunes does not automatically sync your device, sync the device with iTunes.
  3. When the backup and sync is complete, restore your device.
  4. When iOS Setup Assistant asks to set up your device, choose "Restore from iTunes backup".
  5. Select your device in iTunes and choose the most recent backup of your device.
Hope this helps!

Ipad disabled b/c son forgot his password...help us get in?

If your son cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your iPad using the computer you last synced your iPad with. Using the last computer you synced with allows you to reset your passcode and re-sync all your data, apps, etc.

To begin the process, connect the iPad to your computer using the USB cable or lightning cable. Open iTunes and select the restore option.

If you restore on another computer, you can still unlock the device and remove the passcode, but your data and apps will be wiped.

Hope that helps!

I have my Ipad apple 10 i forgot my passcode..how can i a open it?

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212

Can an locked Iphone work as an MP3 oe MP4, I do not make any call, just use it as a media player

font.f1 {font: 12.0px Helvetica} Thanks for asking your question with FixYa Support.

A locked iPhone cannot work at all, because you need to have the pass key to get into the main screen of the iPhone, in order to access the iPod player feature.

font.f1 {font: 12.0px Times} • If you cannot remember your pass code, you will unfortunately have to restore your iPhone which will wipe everything off the iPhone and restore it back to factory settings.

The only positive side to this is that your music, video, contacts and calendar settings will still be in tact but you may lose text messages mail and so on.

One more possibility: if you were able to recently sync your iPhones with iTunes before you forgot your passcode, when you perform a restore, iTunes will put all of the data of your last sync in iTunes (before the passcode issue) back onto your iPhone.

• This is the process which will allow you to regain access to your iPhone.

To assist you in restoring your iPhone, and syncing the most current back up file, here is a helpful link to assist you with that process:

I hope this information helps

Ipod touch disabled

If you repeatedly enter the wrong passcode, iPhone or iPod touch will be disabled for longer intervals, before you can try again. After too many unsuccessful attempts, you won't be able to try again until you connect to the computer you normally sync with. Note that starting with iPhone 2.1 software, there is a setting to cause the device to erase itself after 10 consecutive incorrect password attempts. This setting is off by default. It can be turned on by tapping Settings > General > Passcode Lock after you enter a correct passcode.
If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device on the computer that was used to originally sync the iPhone or iPod touch so that you can reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced to the iPhone or iPod touch, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode but your data will not be present.
