Question about Sony DSR-11 DV / Mini DV VCR
When i Fast Forward a mini-dv tape in my DSR-11 it makes a clicking sound then eventually powers down the entire machine...the same for rewind. nothing is wrong with the tapes..they don't come out scratched or eaten. any ideas?
Your drive roller maybe slipping, this is the rubber-tire or it may be plastic driven gear type. If rubber you can clean that rubber with some type of cleaning fluid and dry and try again
