Question about Vehicle Parts & Accessories
Brake lights on tailgate do not work but over cab brake light does. Blinkers work fine and fuse is ok
Your brake light switch has 2 sets of contact's. it's more les a fail safe. If your able to ck make sure brake light fuse is good. if so then your brake switch on the pedal is bad.

better check your bulb a little better,or try a different one,the turn signal and brake work on the same circuit, that is either a 3157 bulb or a round base 1157,check both strands in the bulb if one is broken you will see it,if not try a different bulb just for the hell of it, otherwise you have a wire problem!
