Plug off the mains. Check your pump to see if anything is blocking it. If no blocks there check your brushes on the motor. See that all connections are tight. Due to vibrations some become loose or just come off. People dump their machines for minor defects!

Soaking wet clothes after spin cycle

Check and choose a longer spin cycle and see if the fault changes. If so the SPIN cycle is too less or there is less action or speed in the cycle, check the motor speed, check the capacitor to the motor, the spindle friction - if so reset the spindle and drive.

check the Lid safety switch, if its shorted the spin cycle won't work, so your left with wet clothes ,, you can jumper the 2 wires together to test the switch , if that makes the cycle work, Replace that switch

My Roper washer will not spin on the spin cycle.

IF ITS A TOP LOADER YOU MAY HAVE A BROKEN LID SWITCH. LOOK DON THE HOLE IN THE TOP WHERE THE LID PIN GOES CAN YOU SEE THE LID SWITCH ARM? IF ITS NOT FLUSH WITH THE HOLE ITS BROKEN. SOMETIMES YOU CAN STICK SOMETHING THROUGH THE HOLE TO ACTIVATE IT

No rinse, no drain, no final spin

I assume this is a top loader, check the lid switch, you should hear it "click" when the lid is lifted. If no click the switch is broken.

Spin Cycle

HP, sounds like your washer is not going through the neutral drain. After agitation the tub should drain for about 90 seconds before going into spin. You can verify this by doing a load with the lid up and holding the lid switch down with a small screwdriver. If it fails to go into the neutral drain, it's a gearcase problem and should be covered under warranty for 5 years. If it does go into the neutral drain, then it's another issue such as the pump or drain hose....Catriver..post back
