I am after a disc with the printer drivers for a Canon PC 860

Don't know if this will work as I don't run anything from Microsoft. I sue a proper OS; Linux.

If you mean the Canon D860, you may download the driver from here.

If you mean the Canon i860, you may download the driver from here.

reinstall the driver to get the printer to get it to work with your pc again

check paper jams..reboot your pc unplug cables then plug it again

Download and install the scanner drivers for windows7 will resolve your problem.

Revert back for more assistance.

Your printer prints 2-sided and you can change the orientation of output from portrait to landscape.

Hope this helps.

Check your drivers. Or go to the Canon site and download the latest ones.

Replace or repair them
Replacement would be a good option as its cost effective as compared to its repair and it would not create any issue in the next few years.

As you might all ready know, this printer is not supported by Vista,  pasible solution: - if you have another "old" computer, you could install your printer on that, and share it, that way you can printe via the other computer. in case you want drivers for all other software, here is the link.
