Question about Printers & Copiers

Anyone has user manual?

Cant remember how to set the parking position of loaded paper. Printer keeps printing 1 line on the next page of A4 paper. I presume it has to do with the parking position of the paper when paper load into printer.

Tried NEC website but all they have are normal settings but not how to manually set the auto load position.

Xerox 7760 Wrong paper size error when trying to print to A4

First your computer selects the printer to output to, so make sure your default printer is selected.
Next, within your printer you may have selected a different page size for output as a default.
The printer it self should allow you to load and auto detect paper size. If this feature is not enabled see if it is a choice.
Also whatever you are trying to print check page setup in the program you are using make sure to ensure they match.

Load mp feader a4

Please determine what size you are trying to print (A4, Letter, Legal, etc.). The printer is requesting A4 sized paper in the maunal paper feeder becuase either you selected manual feed or the setting for the default try (usually tray 1) is not set to the correct paper size. In your case, make sure the green slide adjustment on tray 1 is set to A4.

Oki - how to print booklet?

The paper you have inserted into the printer, and your page size settings have to match. You can't load A4 paper and tell it to print A5 size. This is why it is printing so small on the A4 paper. It assumes you need to trim it down to A5 size after printing.

Here's a support article taken from the HP website regarding alignment of print cartridges. Hope this helps.
Introduction This document provides steps to align print cartridges using the All-in-One control panel or the computer. The appearance of the product varies by model. Aligning print cartridges Follow one of these methods to align print cartridges. NOTE: If the same print cartridge is removed and reinstalled, the product will not prompt to align the print cartridges. The cartridges can also be aligned any time after you install the software. Aligning the cartridges helps ensure high quality output. Follow the steps to align newly installed cartridges.

Hello sir, how to take print on A4 page? please help me

Hi The A4 paper size is an internationally used paper format. Although not often used in America, it is by far the most commonly and widely circulated paper size. At 8 1/4 inches by 11 3/4 inches, it is similar though not quite identical to the American standard U.S. letter size, which is 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches. Because of its ubiquity, all printers and programs have the ability to handle the size, and getting a printer to print to it is a matter of adjusting the settings.Put the A4 sized paper into the automatic feeder in the printer. You may have to adjust the tray guides to fit the paper in snugly. Close the tray firmly when finished.
  • Step 2.Set the printer to register the A4 sized paper inside the the tray. This varies from printer to printer but generally involves going into the print menu, scrolling to the automatic feeder and designating the tray as an A4 tray.Step 3.Select "File" and then "Page setup" in the program you are using.Step 4.lick on the drop down menumag-glass_10x10.gif next to paper size and choose "A4.Step 5.Select "File" and then "Print." Click the "Print Summary" button to ensure the file is set to print to the A4 size.
  • Step 6.Press "Print" to print the photograph.
