after you have done a manual drain of the water what is left in ie pipe and bucket, Disconnect pipe at waste and remove round cover plug from lower left corner of machine blow down pipe this gets all muck /blockages out ensure you put somthing at machine end to catch any thing that comes out. Also ensure pipe is free of any objects which may have moved down pipe ie buttons coins. I had 4 buttons jammed in. sorry about the names i have given to parts on machine as i am a vehicle tech. hope it helps

you dont say if this machine is new if it is contact the whirlpool web page and they will tell you how to do the programs but i must say 1200spin is not very fast for drying you need at least 1600 soin to do a good job.adrian,,,,,

SOURCE: I have an AWG 345/4
To prevent the washer from operating while the detergent drawer is open your machine has what is called a "reed switch". The reed switch is controlled by this magnet, so that when the drawer is closed the magnet causes the reed switch to close and this tells the control board to go ahead and run the machine.
Your error message is telling you the reed switch it not working, so they want you to check the magnet to make sure it is still in place and is working.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
My notes for Whirpool models suggest that F14 is 'EEPROM failure (control unit)'.
Sorry- looks like a service call ;-0(
If this has assisted and/or clarified the situation for you please consider a 4 thumbs up on our rating.
Thanks and good luck!
