Follow this link and got to the remote section. Once there shoose the type of remote you have and select remote codes to get the ones for that particular remote that may operate the piece of equipment desired. There are a number of codes for your remote that correspond to Phillips TV models. They are:
002 009 109 202 209 210 310 402 408 508 510 807 901 914 917

Pacific TV - Press "SET" and Hold it, press "TV" and release it, then release "SET", then type one of these codes 0676, 0677, 0678 or 0679. After each code try powering off the TV using the remote. One should work. (I think the 2nd one worked for me).
