My first tablet I got would go to the UEFI shell directly because its SSD failed ... look for another comparable tablet or give it a couple of months until the new ... So youwon't be able to do a thing unless you have a micro usb to usb ... Sometimes Windows will stop automatically loading the repair screen and it will let you boot.
It could be the battery is already on its end of life. Could be, your charger can't deliver enough power to work and charge the tablet. Before you start worrying, please leave the tablet on a charger over night, with everything switched off. Then remove it from the charger and start it. If you keep having the same problem, and you can't check the quality of the battery, start saving for a new tablet. Not worth paying 100 dollar for replacing the battery, if you can buy a new tablet for the same price. If you can open the tablet, check if the battery is still connected correct.
got same problem on my alcatel android phone. it has somethiing to do with heat sensor. I install toogle notification and put battery temperature as notification bar icon. whenever I used the phone for heavy app or charge it with hi-amp charger until it get above 38 degree, it will keep restarting. if it happend, no choice except remove battery until it cool back down.
take back cover off and pull battery out for awhile about an hour then put back in, leave off but put on charger, let charge until is full , also check to see if wall charger unit is faulty by plugging it in to another outlet. if either fails take it back to where you got it from and get a new one
First make sure the tablet is fully charged, then perform a reset. From a power off condition, press and hold the Power and Volume (+) buttons until the reset routine starts. When it is finished you can try to start again.
