The fan and compressor run at the same time.
Both get power from the on/off cold control termostat.
1.Defective thermostat.
2.Compressor not cooling.

If the water is chilling go to #1.

My viking under counter refrigerator freezes all liquid

Is it a digital temp. display? Does this show a low temp? It should show +/-34 degrees. Listen if the compressor runs continuously. It should run for a while and then switch off. When you change the temp setting, as you turn it down, the compressor should stop. If it runs continuously then the likely cause is a stuck/faulty thermostat. Before replacing this, switch off and leave open until unit is at room temp. Then switch on again and monitor. If the thermostat if faulty and the compressor runs continuously you can damage it by overheating. The compressor will run for a good few hours after restart, until set temp. is reached and then switch off automatically. Good luck!

Bottom freezer refrigerator runs well for about 2-3 months and ten the back ices up and no longer cools the upper refrigerator. The fan does work. This started after about 2 years of purchase. This is...

What is happening is the defrost heater, the heater thermostat or the defrost control is out. Get the service panel off the freezer section and check the heater for continuity and the termination thermostat for continuity. It probably is one of them 2 that is bad.

Oasis water fountain doesn't cool water. is there a fuse in there i can't find?

Ain't no fuse. I would first check the thermostat for continuity. If you don't have a meter simply bypass the thermostat for a few minutes to see if the fountains cools but DO NOT LEAVE IT LIKE THAT. Water fountains recover cold water quickly, if left like that the tank would freeze and bust so don't bypass the stat and go shopping. If that turns out to be fine then check the compressor relay. The relays do a lot of work if that fountain is anywhere near a school or an office. The condenser gets an awful lot of dust in it especially if the unit is outdoors. Down south where I live we do put some water fountains outside. Give it a good cleaning. Replace the open component and you should be good to go. A compressor failure or gas leak is RARE on water fountains. I suspect your compressor relay is shot:themobilian_1791.jpg

Freezer compartment no longer cools. Continuous defrost cycle?

Good day,
Sounds more like the compressor trying to start and can't.
Pull the machine out, remove the rear cover and see if in fact the sound is coming from the compressor.

Temperature spikes, why? The Oasis runs good for a while, then the temperature will spike. I was wondering if the Oasis goes thru a cycle of some kind, like a defrost cycle.

see what the environmental conditions are, near a hvac vent, in sunlight or window, curtin honneycome plugged up, last resort use a smokebomb to see how the air flow is.this is a link to the technical manuals for all oasis probucts http;//

Water keeps running from drinking spicket.

Your water inlet valve on the back where the water supply comes in is probably leaking. disconnect the water line coming out of it and see if you have a slow drip.
