Question about Teac PD-H300 CD Player
My CD player has recently had trouble loading some CDs, not all though. Occasionally it takes time to read the track info, then it can't load the first (or some other selected) tracks. It happens with shop purchased CDs and CD R that i have recorded. Any ideas?
Hi, Your particular brand/model was made in the very early 2000. It is possible that the eye (optical lens) is already weak and would need replacement or calibration. You may want to try and clean the lens hopefully improving the reading capability. Some users of CD players use a PC CD cleaner to clean the eye (pls read the instructions) though this can be done by going inside the unit). Probably your best bet is to seek the services of a qualified professional. Hope this be of some help and give you ideas. Pls post again how things turn up and/or if you need further information. Good luck and kind regards.
