There is a screw on the top of the player for the travelling of the unit in the shipping. Take it off and that's it

Yeah..i had the same problem with my xdvd8181 some dude on ebay fixed..its been like a year now and its still working fine no problems..
paid $115 to get everything done....

SEND IT TO ALLTRONICS IN HILLSBORO OREGON $125.00 AND THAT INCLUDES SHIPPING UNIT BACK, WITH 6 MONTHS WARRANTY.
