Turn off computer, leave off 2 minutes, boot up, while in boot process push the F8 key. Select the mode you wish to start up in which is safe mode. a new acct called administrator should be there, select this account. when up, go to control panel, and select user accounts, select your account name, Quan duley eg. and select remove password, restart in normal mode you should be able to get in now and reset your log in password

I would remove the ribbon cable from motherboard end i.e. Keyboards ribbon cable connector. then put back the Keyboard, meaning it's totally disabled (Not sure if Laptop will boot properly) UNLESS it's possible to do it via Device Manager and OR the Bios.
I'll try it for myself later.

Password can be reset by removing cmos battery for a while.

You will have to either re-install the OS, or burn a boot CD with a password changer/bypass tool. Hiren's Boot CD is a suitable choice.

If you know the password for this account, try to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete on your laptop and then type the corresponding password. Check if you can go back from where you stopped...

If you are able to, boot your pc to safe mode, delete the user password and reboot your system.

restart your computer when it loads on the right it should read setup or boot order hit the f-key for setup them go into that and erase the password

i think its a BIOS locked. You need to take out the battery of the motherboard for few seconds and put it back.If you can't locate the battery then go to the computer store or the place where you bought your laptop.
