Turn off computer, leave off 2 minutes, boot up, while in boot process push the F8 key. Select the mode you wish to start up in which is safe mode. a new acct called administrator should be there, select this account. when up, go to control panel, and select user accounts, select your account name, Quan duley eg. and select remove password, restart in normal mode you should be able to get in now and reset your log in password
