How to change frequency on gm300

hi, I have a GM300 and I want to change the frequencies. model M33GMC29C2AA its a 16 channel, already have the ribless programming cable, also installed the software on my laptop with win98se. anybody can tell me how to program the radio. Thanks in advance

To my knowledge the GM 300 can be programmed only with a DOS based programing software. Start with the DOS, not from the windows
