It is not possible for you to take backup of the data...
Only way you can save the data is by entering the correct password in the last chance...

Forgot password on BB 8320 Curve. Tried putting in password. Now the screen is saying "Enter Password Final Attempt". I don't want to lose data. What do I do?

Hi, after the final attempt to enter your password the phone will prompt the user to type in the word "blackberry" and will then wipe all of the data on the phone including the password and return the phone to it's original "out of the box" status. The phone will be fully usable again, but if you want to restore your data to it then you have to do so via the last back-up stored by BlackBerry Desktop Manager. To restore the data will require your password though, so if you cannot figure it out then the data is lost as well.

If your BlackBerry has the corporate Enterprise Edition operating system, then it's likely that only the company which the operating system is licensed to will be able to restore the data; they'll often have additionally set the phone so that the password is retained even after a data wipe making the phone itself useless. Blackberry is famous for its security and the password cannot be bypassed without some very state of the art equipment.

Although BlackBerry set the default number of password attempts to ten, there are user options to reduce this number if required.

Hope this helps......

My blck berry is hard locked.............n I ain't know what to do ..............any help?

If you do not remember your password nothing can be done. Blackberry's are designed this way to protect your data. You will need to attempt to guess your password 10 times then you will be prompted to wipe your blackberry device. You will lose all data/contacts/emails/texts/pictures but you will have a functional blackberry

I have locked my blackerry put pin in wrong and now it has a funny sign on it

Just type any password until you attempt 10 times password failure, it will make your blackberry 8700g unlocked and you can setup new password for your blackberry. But you will lose all your previous data after your blackberry unlocked.

I have not idea

Hi,

That is a standard safety feature of Blackberrys. There is nothing you can do about it now. Once you reach the 10 attempts limit, the phone automatically erases all personal data on the phone including your Call Logs, Contacts List, Emails, Pictures, Password Keeper data, etc, etc.

If you had a data back-up of your phone thru the Desktop Media Manager, you should be able to restore your data from there. In the future, you can disable the password feature if you don't want this to happen again. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Password was entered incorretly 3 times now it says wiping all data. now says scrubbing

As a security feature, the BlackBerry device is designed to allow a maximum of 10 attempts by the BlackBerry device user to type the correct password. After the tenth attempt, if the correct password has not been typed, all data is erased from the BlackBerry device in order to discourage its theft or misuse. If you are certain that the password you are typing into the BlackBerry device is correct, please complete the following steps.
  1. Deliberately type in an incorrect password five times on your BlackBerry device.
  2. Before the BlackBerry device allows a further attempt, you will be prompted to type the word blackberry in plain text.
  3. Instead of asterisks, the text you have been entering for the password will now show in plain text. Check to verify that it is correct
  4. If the password is still being rejected by your BlackBerry device as incorrect, connect the BlackBerry device to a computer that has BlackBerry Desktop Manager installed
  5. A prompt will appear in Desktop Manager to type the password for the BlackBerry device. Type in your password to rule out missed key strokes, incorrect symbols, or a problem with the BlackBerry device
  6. If the password you have given is still rejected, and your BlackBerry device is on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server that has software version 4.0 or greater, contact your BlackBerry Enterprise Server Administrator and request that your password be reset for you.
If you are not on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server and have forgotten your password, there is no way to have the password changed without wiping all data from your BlackBerry device.
