Unfortunately, the Print Head is not a user replaceable part. We recommend taking the printer to a service center. See below the closest service center to you:

Yes you can replace the print heads yourself. There are instructions on how to do so included with the new print head as well as in the printers manual.

Have you reset the ink levels for your printer? Some printer software refers to it as that others ask if you have installed a new cartridge.
Do maintenance on the printer, such as clean heads, print test page, head alingment, etc and see if that fixes it. You can get to all these options through properties
